Self-care for women shouldn't be optional!
As women, we care for our children, our partners, our homes; we tend to our jobs, our business, our pets, and the list goes on. We are constantly pouring into other people and other things. If you're not practicing self-care, that cup is going to run out before you know it.
We've all taken a nap or just taken a step back and felt completely guilty. But why? We need to rest and recharge. And more importantly, we DESERVE it.
You've heard this before...Self-care is NOT Selfish! This week we're talking about making self-care a priority. Take care of yourself the way you take care of your kids or clients. Do something that makes you happy. Something that makes you feel good. The more you take care of yourself, the more you will be able to show up for the people that you love and care about.
